Affinity Education Group
Wraith Capital Group was the founding shareholder of Affinity Education Group, which was an aggregation of 68 childcare centres throughout Australia as part of a successful IPO and ASX listing in 2013. Wraith Capital Group helped drive the growth of the Affinity business to 170 centres in the 2 years following its ASX listing. Wraith Capital Group also assisted with the subsequent de-listing and sale of the Affinity business to private equity, which in turn secured a full exit for Wraith Capital Group from its investment in the Affinity business.
The Bambini Group
Wraith Capital Group previously founded and controlled the Bambini Group, which owned and operated 14 childcare centres throughout Queensland.
The group was eventually sold by Wraith Capital Group to Affinity Education Group in 2014.
Berrinba Central
Berrinba Central is a retail development located in Logan, Queensland, consisting of a service station, fast food outlets, supermarket and a community club including a bistro, bar and gaming area. Wraith Capital Group (with its Joint Venture partner) obtained the Development Approval and secured tenants for this development project. The project was then sold in 2019.
Evolve Education Group
Wraith Capital Group was the founding shareholder of Evolve Education Group, which was an aggregation of 87 childcare centres throughout New Zealand as part of a successful IPO and NZX listing in 2014. Wraith Capital Group helped drive the growth of the Evolve business to 110 centres in the 2 years following its NZX listing. Wraith Capital Group has since completed a full exit from its investment in Evolve.
Provincial Education Group
Wraith Capital Group was a founding shareholder of Provincial Education Group (PEGL), which was a 2017 aggregation of 56 childcare centres throughout both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Wraith helped drive the integration and growth of the PEGL business following the initial aggregation. Wraith completed a full exit from its investment in PEGL in late 2021.
Petit Early Learning Journey
Wraith Capital Group was a founding shareholder of Petit Early Learning Journey, which was an operator of 18 childcare centres throughout Australia, (including a mix of both leasehold and freehold assets).
Harmony Yarrabilba Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group acquired this site in 2017, and over the next 24 months developed the two childcare centres through to completion. These centres opened in March 2018 and January 2019 respectively, with the freehold asset being sold to Charter Hall Education Trust upon completion of the second centre.
Harmony Broadbeach Waters Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group acquired a Broadbeach Waters development site in 2021, and over next 12 months developed the site through to completion. The state of the art childcare centre opened in mid 2022, with the freehold asset being sold to an investor upon completion.

Harmony Bangalow
Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group acquired a Bangalow, NSW development site in 2020, and over next 12 months developed the site through to completion. The state of the art childcare centre opened in late 2021, with the freehold asset being sold to an investor upon completion.
Springfield Rise – Retail and Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group settled a development site in the fast-growing Springfield Rise estate in 2019. Since then, Wraith has completed the construction of a 124 place childcare development and a 1,600 sqm retail development on the balance of the site.

Harmony Griffin
Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group acquired a development site located in Griffin, Queensland. Wraith proceeded to develop the site through to completion of a state of the art 82-place childcare centre in Q3 2024, with the freehold asset being sold to an investor upon completion.
Harmony Burleigh Heads
Childcare Development
Wraith Capital Group acquired a development site located in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. Wraith proceeded to develop the site through to completion of a state of the art 111-place childcare centre in Q3 2024, with the freehold asset being sold to an investor prior to completion.
Pimpama Central
Pimpama Central is a retail development located in Pimpama, Queensland, consisting of a service station, fast food outlets, and a community club including a bistro, bar and gaming area. Wraith Capital Group was part of the founding investment team that acquired the original development site. Following the introduction of development partners, the development was completed in 2022 and Wraith then completed a full exit from the investment in 2023.
Reef Gateway Hotel (Freehold and Business)
Wraith Capital Group was part of an investment team that acquired the Reef Gateway Hotel (freehold and business) in 2015. Working in partnership with an on-site Manager the team significantly improved the performance of the business over the ownership period. The business was sold in 2019 and the freehold was sold in 2022.
Airlie Beach Hotel
Wraith Capital Group was part of an investment team that acquired the Airlie Beach Hotel (freehold and business). Working in partnership with an on-site Manager the team significantly improved the performance of the business over the ownership period. Wraith completed an exit from this investment in 2023.
Optic Security Group Limited
Wraith Capital Group was a founding shareholder of Optic Security Group Limited (“Optic”), which was an independent provider of technology-led, tailored, converged physical and digital security services across New Zealand and Australia.
